We work with Caribbean entrepreneurs who want to expand their business into the U.S. market — registering a U.S. LLC, getting an EIN or ITIN, opening a U.S. bank account, and getting set up on the platforms they need. Which countries do you currently serve?
We currently service clients in Trinidad and Tobago, with plans to expand to other Caribbean countries. Based elsewhere in the Caribbean? Contact us — we’re expanding soon and may be able to help.
Do I need to travel to the U.S. or get a visa?
No. One of the biggest advantages of working with us is that you can set up your U.S. LLC and U.S. bank account entirely remotely — no visa, no embassy appointment, no flights required.
How long does the process take?
LLC registration with EIN takes an estimated 4–6 weeks. The ITIN process takes an estimated 7–11 weeks.
What do I need to get started?
Most importantly: a valid passport, proof of address (driver’s permit or bank statement only), one other form of picture ID, and a filled-out application form.

What’s included in LLC formation?
Full LLC formation in any of the 50 states, including your EIN application. Whether you’re a single-member LLC or have partners, we handle the full setup.
What is a Registered Agent, and do I need one?
Every U.S. LLC is required to have a Registered Agent in its state of formation. All our packages include this for the first year, along with a U.S. business address, mail scanning, mail forwarding, and government notice collection — so you’re never at risk of missing something important. Do you file taxes for me?
We file your mandatory Pro Forma with the IRS for your first year to help keep you compliant. For more information on tax obligations, see our Basic Tax Compliance Information page. The Pro Forma filing is a one-time first-year service but it is renewed for free when you renew us as your registered agent annually. Get or Renew your Registered Agent
Banking & Payments (Business)
Will you open my U.S. bank account for me?
No — because banking information is sensitive, we prepare you for the account opening process and support you live via video call, but you complete your own bank account registration.
Why is a U.S. bank account important?
It gives your business legitimacy, makes it easier to receive U.S. dollar payments from clients, and removes the local banking restrictions that often limit Caribbean-based businesses.
Payments (For Our Services)
How do I pay for your services?
Trinidad and Tobago clients can pay via bank transfer. Other Caribbean clients can pay via WiPay. Credit card and crypto payments are also accepted through our website for all clients.
Is a payment plan available?
Not currently — full payment is required upfront for all products and services.

What packages do you offer?
Can I add services individually instead of buying a package?
Yes — You can purchase our Basic Package and then add on any of the other services at a later date. Platform assistance, EIN Registration Services, Consultation Services, Corporate Phone services and ITIN Registration Services are also available as standalone add-ons.
What’s “Platform Assistance”?
This is where we help ypu with registering and/or setting up business platforms like Stripe, Amazon, Shopify, PayPal, etc.
After Registration
Do I have to keep my LLC compliant every year, or is it a one-time thing?
U.S. LLCs have ongoing requirements — like state renewals and annual reports — even after formation. Our Corporate All Star package covers this for 3 years; other packages may need renewal support separately. See Business Maintenance for details.
What happens if I miss a compliance deadline?
Don’t worry — LLCs can be renewed even after a missed deadline, though fees for this vary by state. It’s best to contact us via WhatsApp or email so we can give you the correct renewal estimate for your specific LLC. Our renewal notices are designed to help you avoid missing a deadline.
Do you offer branding or website services too?
Yes — brand packages, logo design, and web design/hosting are coming soon under our Branding Services.
